This map displays eviction filing data received from the South Carolina courts for Charleston County. Depending on the tab selected, it shows (1) filings from the most recent day for which filings are available in our dataset (“Day” tab), (2) filings from the most recent seven days (“Week” tab) and (3) filings from the most recent 30 days (“Month” tab).
A “Eviction Filings by Plaintiff” panel summarizes the ten plaintiffs/filers with the most filings in the selected period.
Addresses in the court records are geocoded and plotted on the map to support visualization and analysis.
